As we continue to monitor the evolving situation and Government advice, behind the scenes we’re busy making plans to make sure a return to business means a safe environment for everyone. Sadly we’re unable to open the Retreat for beauty services, or offer any of our spa facilities on the 4th July as we had hoped.

THE GOOD NEWS

From the 4th July we’re opening the Owl’s Nest Café, our outdoor bar and the courtyard for afternoon tea, picnic lunches and pampering in the summer sun!

BOOKINGS

WELCOME BACK OFFER

We're currently only taking bookings for our Personal Pampering offer, opening the Owl’s Nest Café, our outdoor bar and the courtyard for afternoon tea, picnic lunches and pampering in the summer sun!

Due to the current restrictions we are offering the following appointment times / 12 noon / 1:30pm / 3pm / 4:30pm. Each booking is limited to 1 hour 30 minutes.

FUTURE BOOKINGS

There will now be a discretionary surcharge added to all Hair and Beauty services. This will help us with our ever increasing PPE costs (gloves, visors, masks, capes, aprons, disposable cups, sanitisers, barbicide and increased prices from our suppliers.

10% will be added to treatments under £30 and a £3.50 fixed surcharge to any services over £30.

We will constantly review this charge to help maintain value for money for you our amazing clients.

We hope to be able to offer you a range of three new packages, along with all of the treatments that you love as soon as Government guidelines allow us to do so. To see the packages in advance please visit our Spa Packages page.



PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT

Before visiting the salon please follow the guidelines outlined here:

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE NO SYMPTOMS - It's essential you don't have any of the COVID19 symptoms outlined by the NHS (high temperature, new, continuous cough, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste). If you feel unsure please contact 111.

SPA ESSENTIALS - To ensure everyone's safety at this time we're unable to provide robes, towels and flip flops, so we kindly ask you to please bring your own.

LIMIT THE ITEMS YOU BRING - Lockers will be available, but please don't bring any unnecessary personal items such coats and bags into the spa.

WEARING A MASK - Please bring a protective mask or face covering. Wearing a mask is compulsory for close contact treatments and whilst it isn't required for some services it is advised. (Masks won't be required for use during any of our outdoor offerings)



ARRIVING AT
THE RETREAT

ARRIVE ON TIME - Please arrive at the precise time of your appointment. A member of our team will greet you at reception and explain the processes that are in place. You may be asked to briefly wait outside, should numbers inside the Retreat be at capacity.

FACILITIES - Will be limited to toilets, showers and changing rooms.

HOW LONG CAN I STAY? - Whilst we love spending time with you, each appointment slot will be limited to 1 hour 30 minutes.



PROTECTIVE MEASURES

YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS

We have gone to great lengths to ensure the Retreat is as safe as possible for both our team and customers which includes:

- One dedicated therapist for each client
- Protective screening
- Hand sanitising stations
- Team members wearing PPE
- Social distancing markers
- Customers must wear a mask for close contact treatments
- All areas of the spa will be regularly and thoroughly cleaned



ENSURING EVERYONE'S SAFETY

PROTECT YOURSELF & OTHERS

To ensure everyone's safety we politely ask all customers to follow Government Guidelines on Social Distancing and adhere to best practice hygiene measures by washing your hands for the recommended amount of time or sanitising them using antibacterial gel.

We would also ask you to respect our hard working team and bear with them during this time, as due to the extensive safety measures in place it may take a little longer to carry out your treatment.



USEFUL INFORMATION

OPENING HOURS - Our hours are changing to reflect the current climate, with all salons opening 7 days a week. You can find the new hours for all salons on our contact page.

BUYING PRODUCTS - Products will be for sale, with tests provided and applied by a Beauty Temple team member.

MAKING PAYMENT - The preferred payment method on the day is Contactless, but cash will also be accepted.

Gift vouchers are not available to book through the app, but are directly through the website.

For those shielding and unable to visit the salon we haven't forgotten you and want to let you know you're in our thoughts. We want to do all we can to bring the salon to you and are offering a range of products that can be ordered through our website and delivered to your door, to create a salon experience at home.
