BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Please do let us know before your visit if you have any health problems (eg allergies, diabetes, blood pressure, epilepsy, thyroid, heart conditions or cancer) to ensure treatments can be carried out. We aim to adapt any treatment according to any health problems so please let us know how we can help.
We request that all packages are paid in full at the time of booking, this is then non-refundable.
Changes to your date can be made up to two weeks in advance, for parties of six or more changes can be made up to a minimum of one month in advance.
Private hire bookings can be held with a deposit of £100, with full payment due two months in advance, any changes to numbers or dates cannot be made after full payment has been received.
ON THE DAY
Please aim to arrive on time for your Spa day. Arrival times are in place to allow your treatment to be scheduled in the best possible order, to allow your day to be relaxing, run smoothly and for you to make the most of the Owl House Day Spa and facilities. Late arrival may result in your treatment being cut short or even missed.
We are to be found at the end of a near mile-long drive through secluded countryside. Please respect our 5mph speed limit – we don’t want you squashing any bunnies or pheasants on your way in, or out!
We don’t want to impose too many rules… but we know everyone who visits wants to relax and escape from their hectic lifestyles, therefore we kindly request that your mobile phone is switched off. Thank you.
Please bring suitable under garments to wear during massage and body treatments. Don’t forget to bring swimwear for use in the outdoor Hot Tub. Towels, robe and slipper hire will be provided.
Please pre-order your lunch options as soon as your booking is confirmed. This will ensure any allergy or dietary requirements can be catered for and allow us to prepare your picnic. Cakes and drinks are available to purchase from the Owls Nest throughout the day.
THE HOT TUB
Don’t forget your swimwear! Before using our outdoor hot tub we politely ask that you take a shower to remove any oils, creams and tanning products from your skin. Failure to shower before entering the hot tub could reduce the effectiveness of the disinfectant and clog the filter!
If you suffer with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness you should not enter the hot tub without prior consultation with your doctor.
We will ask you questions in relation to the item of property to make sure that you are the rightful owner. It is our policy to keep lost property for a maximum of four weeks, after which we will offer unclaimed items to charity. If you cannot collect your items we will post by special delivery, however there will be a charge of £5.50 to cover the cost.
Please note that Owl House Spa cannot accept any responsibility for any valuable belongings either in the spa. We do recommend to leave anything valuable at home. We also recommend not to wear any jewellery in the hot tub or Rasul.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on products or gift vouchers purchased from the spa. If you purchase a product or voucher and it is returned unused and in a re-saleable condition with a receipt within 30 days of purchase we can offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the product or voucher.
