a deeply restorative journey where the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes carry you into a state of calm and inner harmony. The day begins with a light breakfast of fruit, pastries, yogurt, tea, and coffee at 9:30 am, followed by a hot tub session from 10:30–11:30 am, and culminates in a sound bath from 12:00–1:00 pm.
Each guest will also take home a crystal bracelet as a keepsake of the experience.
